are made available on this Web site. The Board also maintains a reading room at its headquarters in Arlington,
Virginia for members of the public who are unable to access the Board's web site. In addition, copies of Board reports and meeting materials are provided on request.

The reading room is available by appointment from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please call ahead to ensure that a staff member is available to assist you. NWTRB's offices are located above the Courthouse Metro. Some metered street and building parking is available.

The Board's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulation was published in the Federal Register on August 12, 2005 (Volume 70, Number 155, Pages 47079-47085). The regulation also may be found in title 10 Part 1303 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
